1. About VANTA
VANTA presents website concepts, ready-made website designs and customisation services for businesses. The website is currently being developed and some features, checkout steps or service details may remain in test mode.
2. Website previews and scope
Previews are provided to demonstrate a design direction. A preview may contain fictional business names, menus, prices, images, sample text or demonstration interactions. Unless expressly confirmed in writing, a demo does not represent a functioning third-party business service.
The exact deliverables, customisation, integrations, hosting arrangements, revisions and handover method will be confirmed for the selected package before work begins.
3. Orders and payment
An order is accepted only when VANTA confirms it. Any amount, package description and payment status shown at checkout should be checked before proceeding. Do not treat a test-mode payment screen as an invitation to make a real payment.
Work may begin after the order and required project details are confirmed. No live payment should be accepted until the checkout, customer support channel and applicable policies are ready.
4. Customer responsibilities
You must provide accurate project details and have the rights or permission to use any logos, images, text, menus and other materials you supply. You are responsible for checking the final business information before publication.
5. Ownership and permitted use
Ownership or licensing of the final website, source files, third-party assets, fonts and software will depend on the package and the written scope agreed for that order. Third-party components remain subject to their own licence terms. Do not assume that demo imagery or assets can be reused commercially without permission.
6. Changes, cancellations and liability
Any change to the agreed scope may affect cost or delivery timing and should be agreed before implementation. Cancellation and refund requests are handled under the Refund & Cancellation Policy and applicable law.
VANTA does not guarantee specific business results, sales, search rankings or uninterrupted availability of third-party hosting and services. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot legally be excluded.

VANTA is still finalising its dedicated customer-support contact details. These details will be published before live payments are enabled. These terms may be updated as the service develops; the effective date above identifies the latest posted version.
