This policy explains how VANTA intends to handle cancellations and refund requests for digital website products and customisation services. Refund outcomes depend on the order, the work completed, the circumstances and applicable law.
1. Before ordering
Review the package description, demo limitations, customisation details and delivery scope before placing an order. A demo website is illustrative and may not include production integrations or live business functionality.
2. Cancellation requests
If you need to cancel, contact VANTA through the published support channel as soon as it becomes available and include your order reference and a brief explanation. If work has not started, VANTA will review whether the order can be cancelled and refunded. Once design, development, customisation or other work has started, the amount refundable may depend on the work already completed and any non-recoverable costs.
3. Refund review
Refund requests may be reviewed where a duplicate payment was made, an order could not be fulfilled, the delivered service materially differs from the confirmed scope, or another valid circumstance applies. VANTA may request the order ID and relevant details to investigate. This policy does not remove any rights available under applicable law.
4. Payment processing
Where a refund is approved, it will be initiated through the relevant payment provider or payment method where supported. The time for funds to appear depends on the provider and issuing bank; VANTA cannot guarantee a specific posting time.
5. What to include in a request
- Your order reference.
- The date and amount of the payment.
- The reason for the cancellation or refund request.
- Relevant supporting information, without sharing full card details or passwords.
Current status: checkout is being prepared in test mode. Do not make a real payment. The customer-support channel and final refund workflow must be published and checked before live payments are enabled.
