VANTA provides digital website concepts and may offer website customisation or delivery services. The exact deliverable and timing depend on the package and the scope confirmed with the customer.
1. What may be delivered
Depending on the selected package, delivery may include a customised website preview, a published website link, website files or another agreed digital handover. Hosting, domain registration, third-party integrations, ongoing maintenance and future changes are included only when stated in the confirmed scope.
2. When work begins
Work can begin after the order is confirmed and the customer has provided the required content, brand assets, preferences and other project information. If information is missing, VANTA may need to request it before proceeding.
3. Timing and progress
A delivery estimate should be agreed for the specific order before work begins. Timing can be affected by the complexity of the requested work, delayed customer responses, changes to scope or third-party services. No universal delivery time is promised by this general policy.
4. Customer review
The customer should review the delivered website and promptly identify factual errors or issues against the agreed scope. Any included revision allowance and the process for requesting changes should be stated in the package or order confirmation.
5. Access and handover
Where applicable, access details or files will be provided through an agreed channel. Customers should keep credentials secure and ensure they have the rights to all materials they ask VANTA to publish. Domain and hosting ownership or renewal responsibilities must be clarified in the order scope.
Before live launch: VANTA must confirm the actual delivery workflow, realistic time estimates, handover method and customer-support contact. Checkout is currently in test mode; do not make a real payment.
